Mortgage Loan Officer - External/Internal
We are rapidly building a commissioned retail sales organization of seasoned professionals and are looking for top talent with the experience and the drive to join our team. You will have unlimited commission earnings potential. We offer the most comprehensive product line including reduced documentation to no documentation loans, interest only loans, home equity lines of credit, construction-to-perm as well as the ability to broker commercial loans through our commercial broker channel. Our support staff is dedicated to helping you build your business.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- 3 years of successful residential purchase loan origination sales experience.
- A track record of generating a minimum of $8 million in purchase volume per year.
- Existing real estate agent or builder base that can be leveraged immediately for loan applications.
- Knowledgeable of consumer laws and regulations that govern residential lending.
- Effective oral and written communication skills.
